Delivery 
Shopping online for your Pure Water products is easy.

All filters and units are held in stock, greatly reducing our delivery time to you. Should there be an instance where you order and we don't have the products in stock, we'll do our best to provide you with all available alternatives.

We are generally able to process your order the same day, resulting in the best possible service delivery.
 
Delivery Cost

PureSA.co.za offers free delivery subject to the following terms and conditions.

To qualify for free delivery, your purchase must be above R2 500. While we strive to provide 24-hour delivery free of charge within the major South African cities, this is not always possible: delivery time is then between 24 and 48 hours. For outlying areas, an additional 24-48 hours is required. The method of delivery when free is at the discretion of PureSA.co.za.

Smaller items and outlying areas are serviced via the Post Office.

For orders under R2,500 we charge a flat rate of just R90.

Door-to-door – Parcels delivered by courier between Monday-Friday.
 
Track and Trace
Working closely with the fastest-growing courier company in South Africa. We offer a track and trace service on orders. Details of which will be forwarded to you upon completion of your order. We are constantly tracking customer deliveries, so you don't have to. It's what we do.

Transaction currency
All prices quoted are in South African Rand(ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT at 14%
 
Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will be requested on the Payment page. PureSA.co.za guarantees safe credit card transactions. All credit card data is transmitted in a secure encrypted environment.
 
Direct Bank Deposits
We have recently implemented our EFT payment option. This is an easy,fast,safe and effective means of purchasing your Water filters and purifiers. We make use of clearing accounts with the four large South African banks. FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank and Nedbank, please use the relevant bank and the correct reference details which will be sent to you via e-mail upon selecting pay by EFT in our shopping cart.
 
 
Our Guarantee on Returns & Replacements
If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs if applicable.
If you selected credit card as a payment option please inform us if the refund amount is to be paid back to your credit card, alternatively the amount can be credited to your bank account.
 
Risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to you on arrival at the delivery address you have specified.
